Kid's Camp
children ages 7-10 and t’weens ages 11-15. Camp is held for
5 different weeks of summer, Monday through Friday from 11-1:30.
Children bring a bag lunch daily. Each camper completes a variety of projects
during the week using many mediums including wet clay,
ceramics, textile arts, mosaics and NEW this year- pottery wheel and fused
glass . Numerous industry products, glazes and tools are
explored and dozens of painting techniques are taught with each camp. A
week of Art Camp is only $175* or $40 per day + tax. A $75
non-refundable registration fee is required to hold your spot for the week and
$20 for a day. 8-10 projects will be completed each week so your child will
not only have a great time at camp, but have lots of exceptional creations to
show for their week.
Our classes are limited to 10 participants.
* 150$ + tax if pay in full by June 1st
June 22-26th– “Ceramic Fashionista” Kids create functional one-of-a-kind
pieces of their choice using color harmony and context, design, and the ‘you
made it’ factor!
July 6-10– “Happy Garden” Flowers and birds and bees, oh, my!
July 13-17– “Animal Planet” We honor our scaly, feathered and furry friends,
including ourselves, with a variety of different pieces, products and techniques
to create distinctive art works.
July 27-31- “Let’s Eat!” A food theme runs through every
project. YUMMY! My favorite!
August 3-7 “Painting With the Masters” Van Gogh, Kandinsky,
Pollack, Monet, Klee, Picasso, O’Keefe - ‘Fun’ctional art by
“YOU-the ARTIST” on pieces of your choice-as always!
